The FCC cannot regulate washing machines,

But can it go ahead with plans to make it impossible to record TV shows? The DC Circuit heard oral arguments in ALA v. FCC today. The case involves the FCC's plans to require DRM on all digital TV's so that they recognize content provider's "broadcast flags." If you don't know what I'm talking about, click here.
